About PropertyLab
PropertyLab is an independent analytics platform for Irish property prices. We take the raw data from the Property Price Register (PPR), the official record of residential property sales in Ireland. We process the data to make it more searchable and easier to understand.
What we offer

Our data
All property data comes from the Property Price Register, maintained by the Property Services Regulatory Authority (PSRA). The register includes the date of sale, price paid, and address for every residential property sold in Ireland since 1 January 2010.
We import new data regularly so the site stays up to date as new sales are recorded. Our system automatically detects and imports new entries as they appear on the register.
Who we are
PropertyLab is an independent project. We are not affiliated with the PSRA, the government, or any estate agency. We built this because we wanted a better way to understand the Irish property market. It is run by a single developer and is a hobby project.
